Hi, I'm Arshy, I am an Executive Coach for the new age*, with 22+ years corporate and consulting experience working for blue chip companies in UK, UAE and Pakistan. I am the former Marketing Director and General Manager @ L’Oreal and worked in senior executive positions at Unilever and Coca-Cola UK. I recently completed an Executive coaching certificate from INSEAD and started my practice in January 2023. I also have a beautiful cat, an awesome family, love to travel, and am a passionate spin instructor!
A little about why I'm here.
My 22-year journey of work, life, loss, rejection, and love led me to this moment. I want to be here for two reasons: first, I've always rebelled against statements like "It's impossible," "It is what it is, "and "You can't do it." I named my practice Flying Hedgehogs because anyone who wants to fly can fly, even a prickly hedgehog. Second, surrounding myself with people makes me happy, creating a place of trust. My friends, peers, and family confide and talk with me. They feel comfortable in my space. I offer you the opportunity to be you without fear. For me, this feeling is like coming home.
